Misc. House Stuff

This summer, David put all the doors in, and Joshua put most of the door knobs on by himself. Roberto and Lupe put in the trim around the doors and for the window sills.

Then my mom and several friends helped us paint all the trim. David put in baseboard trim, which was a huge job as there is a LOT of trim in this house. My mom came up with great ways to hold all the baseboard trim after it was painted.

Joshua put in the lightbulbs

and knobs for the cupboard doors.

David installed the tile for under the wood stove.

We spent a lot of hours working on the house (before we moved in) and we usually had some very tired boys on the drive home...
