Jordan has really slimmed down the past few months. At his 6-month check-up, he was in the 95th percentile for weight. But at his 9-month check-up, he had gone down to the 45th percentile for weight, yet was still in the 75th for height. His rolls are getting smaller! At 11-months, he's still not crawling, but David thinks he just might skip that stage. I surely haven't minded! lol With five teeth, he is mostly eating table foods now and has just learned how to pick up cheerios and drink out of his sippy cup, but still needs help holding it.
I plan to wean him when he turns a year old-- it's been exhausting the past couple of months being pregnant and still breastfeeding (not to mention those teeth!), but I really didn't want to do formula. He is getting quite a little personality and it's fun to tickle him and make him laugh. He's learned how to sign "more", which has been really helpful at mealtimes. Soon he will turn a year old, and it seems like the past year has flown by. But it only gets better and better...
