Youth Outdoor Day

On Saturday, David took Joshua to Youth Outdoor Day, and they had a great time spending the day together. Youth Outdoor Day is an event designed to give youth a place to learn about conservation of habitat, hunting, fishing, camping and other outdoor activities. Joshua was able to do lots of fun outdoor activities. This was a cool fish that you could walk inside of.



Joshua climbed the rock wall twice...



 ... And he was the second one to make it to the top that day.





David did a great job of taking pictures that day.



Joshua's favorite part of the day was shooting a shotgun for the first time. He shot at a clay disk hanging from a string. And he even hit it on his first shot!



He also really enjoyed shooting a bow & arrow.



He shot the bear in the heart & lungs.
