Sunriver Retreat

David & I had a great time at the "Weekend to Remember" marriage conference in Sunriver. We were so thankful to be able to get away for a few days. Three nights with no kids! Although, we were definitely excited to see them when we got home.


We rented a house in Sunriver with 4 other couples from our church. Everyone actually came a day early so we could spend time together, shopping in Bend, etc because once the conference began on Friday, the focus was on our marriages & time together as a couple.


The house we stayed in was amazing! There was lots of snow on the ground when we got there, and then it snowed again on the last morning we were there.

David & I went on a morning bike ride down to the pond. Love all that snow!


What a beautiful place! So thankful for this time to get away as a couple & focus on our marriage. It was such a blessing. (And a big thanks to my mom for watching the kids all weekend!)
