Lego Competition

In a few weeks, Joshua will be turning 11 years old. Hard to believe! Last year, after his birthday party, he had Nathan & Daniel stay the night. Then the next day, they were part of a Lego competition at the mall. Since he wants a Lego theme for his birthday party this year, I guess we should have done the competition this year instead!


Each person had a small bag of blocks, and could choose 2 other items to use in their creation (tin foil, string, or rocks). Joshua chose the foil & rocks. I don't think he used the rocks, though.

The boys with their creations. Neither of them won, but I think it was a good experience for them. Although, I think they were hoping for a MUCH bigger bag of blocks to build with!
