Jordan is doing his unique version of the sign for "more".
Jordan loves his cheerios. When he first started, he would eat them one at a time and it would actually take a while. But once he got the hang of it, he would grab a whole fistful and put them all (including his entire hand) in his mouth. It was pretty funny to watch. I guess he thought he needed to eat them up quickly or they might disappear!
Joshua can sit at the table for hours finishing a meal. I don't think that will be the case with Jordan unless you count the fact that he might continue to sit there because he doesn't ever want to STOP eating.
